Job Description
Join a leading life insurance group in Singapore as BD Director - HNW Bancassurance Partnerships.
In this role, you will be working with bank partners in the High Net Worth/Ultra-High Net Worth Segment and demonstrate your capabilities to achieve the objectives of the bancassurance channel and partner bank.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, and consolidate findings to better implement distribution strategies
- Cultivate strong working relationships with bank partners. Understand their needs, support throughout pre and post sales journey.
- Commercialise potential business opportunities and propositions.
- Continuously contribute towards the product and process development phase internally.
- To be considered, you need at least 10 years of relevant, successful BD and sales experience in the financial services industry.
- Prior Bancassurance experience, or HNW insurance will be preferred.
- You need to demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving skills to excel in the role.
- Your ability to present yourself professionally, alongside excellent communication skills, and operate with a high level of tact in the HNW/UHNW segment is required.
