Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and originate wealth business.
• Develop and maintain account relationship with existing clients (predominantly Indonesia based) and map out new customer pipelines.
• Build a strong relationship with Head Office particularly the Wealth Management Group.
• Analyse market information, client needs and offer appropriate solutions with consideration of clients' risk profile and investment objectives.
• Grow and expand the bank's wealth business with strong collaboration with Head Office and other business units.
• Managing documentation process. Coordinating the documentation amongst internal parties, clients and lawyers.
• Lead the department in achieving assigned targets and contribution to the bank's budget.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (such as CFP, CFA, or CPA) would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related financial services role, specifically dealing with HNWI and UHNWI clients.
• Strong track record in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to create and implement tailored financial strategies, including portfolio management, wealth transfer, and asset protection.
• Possess knowledge of the Indonesian market and experience in liaising with clients and headquarters based in Indonesia.
