You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our holiday camps and special events -- from logistics and check-in to capturing amazing camp moments and keeping operations on track.
What You'll Do
Support
daily event operations
-- setup, pack-down, and logistics coordination
Manage
check-in/check-out
, inventory, and supplies
Assist facilitators and ensure smooth
day-to-day camp flow
Capture
photos/videos
, organize media reports, and suggest social content ideas
Support
customer communications
and backend operations
Who You Are
Organized, dependable, and energized by a fast-paced environment
A clear communicator with strong teamwork skills
Passionate about
events, education, or storytelling
Comfortable working with kids and parents in person
Bonus: basic photography/videography or social media experience
