We are currently seeking fun, passionate, and creative trainers to join our growing pool of educators. If you enjoy working with children and have a flair for designing engaging learning experiences, come and create exciting holiday camp programmes with us!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct enrichment classes and workshops for children (preschool to primary levels) in areas such as communication, creative thinking, leadership, STEM, arts, or life skills. Collaborate with the EHC team to conceptualise and develop fun, interactive holiday camp programmes that inspire learning through play and discovery. Facilitate hands-on, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and participation. Manage classroom dynamics effectively and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Prepare lesson materials, teaching aids, and activity resources in line with curriculum objectives. Provide feedback on learners' progress and maintain attendance and class records. Work closely with programme coordinators and partner institutions to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Psychology, or related disciplines. WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent. Prior experience in teaching, facilitation, or enrichment programme delivery is preferred. Passionate about working with children and fostering their holistic growth Creative, energetic, and adaptable to different age groups and learning styles. Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. Able to commit to weekday and/or weekend classes, including school holiday periods. Experience in designing enrichment content, creative workshops, or thematic camps. Certification in first aid or child psychology will be a plus.
