Responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing activities for the Home Appliance category in the local Singapore market:
Lead the implementation of brand strategy and devise new initiatives to increase market share and ranking.
Ensure successful launches of new products and review strategies supported by comprehensive 360 plans encompassing PR, media, social media & digital platforms, forecasting, events, CRM, sell-out tracking, and product display in points-of-sale.
Analyze market trends, monitor competitors\' activities, and strategize proactive responses.
Ensure accuracy in product forecasting and timely submission.
Manage the precise phasing of Sale Programs and A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets.
Provide marketing support for the entire Home Appliance product range, including APMS (Aftermarket Parts and Services), communication with agencies, and monthly marketing planning.
Oversee Marketing Agencies to ensure effective preparation of marketing assets and plans.
Foster enthusiasm for the product category both internally and externally.
Ensure all Above-the-Line (ATL) & Below-the-Line (BTL) collaterals, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and launch samples are well-prepared and delivered for maximum impact.
Implement events and promotions with high-quality execution to maximize commercial returns.
Maintain regular and timely communication with sales and corporate marketing teams to ensure the success of upcoming activities and initiatives.
Attend major promotions and events to oversee smooth operations.
Ensure media plans are aligned with launch plans and coordinate closely with PR and Corporate Marketing teams to secure coverage for products and launches.
Direct Marketing agencies to ensure in-store concepts and activities are well-prepared and executed.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising agencies to develop store concepts and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
Plan and execute impactful promotions and event setups.
Ensure timely delivery of all POSM for launches.
Execute sales and marketing activities in alignment with HQ directives.
Coordinate between local teams to implement solutions for enhancing the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
Perform any other ad hoc duties and reporting as required.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management
Strong in communication skills and presentation
