We are looking for a responsible and motivated Home Care Coordinator to join our home


cleaning team.





Job Duties:


Home cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc.)


Light cooking and kitchen help


Leading and managing a small cleaning team


Scheduling and task planning


Communicating with clients and team


Training team on cleaning methods and equipment


Ensuring high cleaning standards





Requirements:


Able to read, write, and speak English clearly


Comfortable using Gmail and Microsoft Word


Patient, careful, and detail-oriented


Honest, reliable, and a team player


Willing to learn new cleaning tools and techniques


Leadership skills with a positive attitude


Organized and dependable


Good communication skills


Professional appearance and attitude


Physically fit and able to perform hands-on tasks
