As a Home Care Doctor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Conduct medical consultations and clinical advice to individual patients. Provide office-hours consultation / advice to patients and medical team when required. Follow up with patient and ensure their wellbeing clinically. Ensure investigation sent are reviewed and appropriate care has been given. Take the lead in facilitating delivery of high-quality clinical services Work closely with other medical professionals to support and ensure consistent approach and delivery of care services. Work closely with nursing managers and medical team to contribute overall growth and development.

Requirements:

Recognized medical degree by SMC Full Registration with SMC Have Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine/ Geriatric Medicine will be an advantage
