Homecare Supervisor for the Elderly

Requirement -

Required Nursing Ceritification -

• Any experience as an administrator or administrative clerk -
• Any experience in hospitality sector or nursing home at 3 to 5 years
• Possess a liking for business sales and management -
• Any experience in customer service positions -
• Education qualification will be used as reference only -
• Willing to work on and off on weekends -
• Willing to come to center even after hours if the center requires help -
• Have own transport -

• Good communication skills.
• To ensure that the billing records are done properly
• To ensure that invoices are given out and payment are collected promptly
• To liaise with HQ administrative team
• To make sure all receipts and invoices are properly kept and recorded
• To handle routine purchase of items and one-off purchase of items needed by the center
• To look for credible and reliable vendors to provide goods and services.
• To ensure outsourced food providers are up to standard and meals are delivered on time.
• To ensure maintenance of all medical and non medical equipment of the center is done

• To contact service providers such as pest control, air conditioner servicing and repair services should they be required
• To monitor the maintenance and repair outcome of each service.
• To regularly engage with clients and family members.
• To get feedback from clients and family members and seek improvement in our facilities and services .
• To keep clients and residents satisfied and happy.
• To find creative ways to keep residents entertained and occupied
