: Key Responsibilities . Comply with MOH & SNB standards of nursing practices. . Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the nursing home residents. . Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan, recommends revision of care plans as necessary. . Work with allied health professionals, initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. . Conduct and supervise assessments of all new admissions. . Prepare and update clinical documentations. . Prepare and administer medications to residents, comply with safe medication practices. . Supervise and train junior nurses & support care staff. . Work with supervisor to conduct quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. . Deal with any emergency that arises and ensures prompt actions to mitigate the situation. Escalates promptly to supervisor, where necessary. . Maintain a safe and clean environment in the nursing home. Requirements: . Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board .
