Responsibilities:
Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed
Attend to Walk-In / Phone enquiries
Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
Proper maintenance of patients\' records and drug inventory
Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators
Requirements:
Customer service experience is an added advantage
Passionate to work in healthcare industry
