Summaries:

• Location: West/North/Central
• Working Hour: Depends on department (2 shifts/3 shifts)
• AWS + Bonus + Yearly Increment

Responsibilities:

• Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed
• Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries
• Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
• Proper maintenance of patients\' records and drug inventory
• Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is an added advantage
• Passionate to work in healthcare industry
