Job Scope
Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hostel, ensuring all facilities are fully operational at all times.
Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with agents
Schedule, coordinate and supervise all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.
Managing tenancy-related issues, compiling occupancy and reports, and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
Engage, manage residents' feedback and to carry out random call back service to residents when the feedback is resolved
Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements
Conduct checking of students daily and daily inspection of the rooms, making sure that all students are in before the curfew time
* Arranging and liaising with students and teachers regarding all the tuitions/tutors schedule for all the student staying in the apartment, if applicable.
