What you'll be doing



Oversee the preparation and presentation of a wide variety of dishes, ensuring consistently high quality and adherence to established recipes and standards Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items that cater to the diverse preferences of our guests Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture Monitor stock levels, place orders for necessary supplies, and manage food costs to maximise profitability Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations

What we're looking for



Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Hotel Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Formal culinary training and a recognised certification, such as a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and food safety standards Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a kitchen staff Creativity and a passion for crafting innovative, flavourful dishes that delight our guests Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
