Responsibilities



Lead and manage front office operations to ensure adherence to organisational standards and procedures Supervise the front office team's service performance in response to guests' needs and requests to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage service recovery for escalated guests' concerns and feedback Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security procedures for guest registration and payment transaction Monitor room inventory closely and ensure effective utilisation of rooms Organise and supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas are well-maintained Ensure workplace safety and security for staff and guests through compliance and prevention management. Manage emergency situations Identify and resolve deviations and irregularities in operations Plan manpower allocation and ensure smooth operations Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff work performance Review systems and processes for workflow and productivity improvement

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in the hotel industry Passionate in delivering exceptional level of guest service Strong communication and problem-solving skills Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment People-centric, outgoing, independent, and resilient * Able to work shifts, including on weekends and public holidays
