F&B SERVICES INTERNSHIP (Non-Halal) * Employer: International Hotel
- Allowance: Basic S$1000 - S$1400 / Month
- Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week (44 hours per week; overtime compensated).
- Location: Orchard Road, Singapore
- Position Title: F&B Services Intern (Non-Halal)
- Duration: Minimum 6 months
- Assist in the daily setup, service, and closing of the restaurant.
- Greet and attend to guests, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Take and process food & beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Support the team in maintaining outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Replenish supplies, tableware, and condiments as needed.
- Handle guest requests and escalate feedback to supervisors when necessary.
- Participate in training and development sessions provided by the hotel.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
