Hotel F&B Services Internship (Orchard Road)F&B Services Internship 4 Star Hotel

• LOCATION: Orchard Road
• DEPARTMENT: F&B Department
• SALARY: S$1600 (Excluding OT and other allowances)
• UNIFORM: Provided and laundry for it
• MEAL: Provided during working hours
• WORKING SCHEDULE: 5 days / week
• DURATION: Minimum 6 months
• EXPERIENCE: No experience required as training will be provided

REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Currently studying at local college or university in field of hospitality management and internship be part of graduating curriculum.

• Shift: Ability to work on rotating shift hours including Weekends & Public Holidays.
• Work Visa: Our client is not able to provide any type of Work Visa for candidates who required in advance employer to undertake internship in Singapore.
• Language: Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Minimum 6 Months Internship.

• Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
• Responsible for in room services.
• To be able to prepare and dismantle beverage set ups, including table setup with F&B department standards.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• To be able to maintain storage areas with proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness. Rectify any cleanliness/organization deficiencies as and when required.
• Assist fellow Team Members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service and ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
• Assist guests on their respective requests, conduct suggestive and up-selling, well-versed in all aspects of the menu.
• All other administrative duties.
