Job Description
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness, order and guest satisfaction on the hotel floors Inspect hotel rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to identify and resolve any issues Liaise with the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve any problems efficiently Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimise workflow and productivity Lead, coach and develop the hotel attendant team, providing training and performance feedback Contribute to the planning and execution of special events, functions and projects Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and security regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a hotel floor management or supervisory role Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with guests and cross-functional teams Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality customer service Working knowledge of hotel management software and inventory systems Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations

Pay: $2,232.39 - $3,000.00 per month
