Summary:

• 5 days per week, 8-9 hours per day (Include meal break)
• Morning, Noon, Night (Rotating)
• Salary $2000 - $2600
• Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Work Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service

standards.

• Handles guests\' inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest

satisfaction.

• Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
• Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
• Performs other related tasks.

Requirement

• 1 - 2 experience in front line operation / receptionist in relevant industry is a plus
• Passionate to hotel industry and deal with people
• Comfortable with rotating shift
