Our partner is a luxury international hotel located in Orchard Road, Singapore, renowned for its world-class hospitality and dining experiences. The hotel is committed to nurturing future talents in the hospitality industry by offering hands-on internship opportunities.
Eligibility: This internship is open only to:
- Singaporean students
- Singapore Permanent Residents (PR)
- Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders
- Work Holiday Pass (WHP) holders
Internship Details:
- Working Schedule: 5 days per week (44 hours per week; overtime compensated).
- Meals: Duty meals provided.
- Uniform: Provided with laundry services.
- Allowance: Basic S$1,200 - S$1,600 per month (excluding overtime).
- Location: Orchard Road, Singapore.
- Assist in welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Support the team with guest check-outs and billing procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and professionally.
- Assist with reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for guest needs.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
- Uphold hotel service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Front Office Supervisors/Managers.
