Beverly Hotel Pte Ltd is a new hotel located at 48 Horne Road. Our operation start in August 2022. Our company is in the midst of expansion and we are focusing on staff recruitments, staff retension, training and developments, career progression for every employee in the company. This position will report to the HR and Operations Manager and interface with our guest, front office team and housekeeping team.

Hotel Guest Service Officer

1) Provide quality customer service; greet visitors and guests in a friendly and engaging manner ensuring a smooth and timely check-in & check-out during their stay. 2) Thorough understanding of all hotel room categories, room rates and other general product knowledge necessary to perform Front Office operations 3) Proactively assist guests in an informative and helpful way on enquiries relating to their stay and follow-up promptly on guest requests and needs. 4) Accounting and maintaining an accurate cash float. 5) Takes personal interest and pride to ensure that the front desk work area is always kept clean and in an orderly manner. 6) Liaise and co-ordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are in ready condition before new guest check in. 7) Record and maintain Room Maintenance. 8) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
