What’s the job?
As Dishwasher, you’ll be ensuring that high hygienic standards are met in terms of cleaning and maintaining the food and beverage premises. You will have an eye for detail as complete your duties – motivating and encouraging fellow colleagues to do their best.Your day-to-day
- Notify supervisors in the case of equipment malfunction, shortage of supplies or misuse of chemicals
- Ensuring the availability of clean dishes, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting of Great Room (Breakfast area).
- Preparing the Great Room and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
- Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
- Assist in monitoring loss & breakages. Broken or chipped chinaware and glassware to be disposed in breakages container.
- Be aware of fire safety rules and hazards, and inform supervisors of any injuries or assistance required.
- Ensure that cleanliness and sanitation levels are up to standard.
- May assist with other duties
