Maintain and rectify of electrical, mechanical and engineering works, plumbing and all other auxiliary services of the Hotel and its premise . Perform routine maintenance, corrective and preventative maintenance and regular tests on building equipment and facilities . Ensure the general cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas . Receive maintenance concerns from other departments, produce Job Order Forms and follow-up to ensure concerns are rectified . Report any suspicious or hazardous concerns to the Security Manager, housekeeping matters to the Executive Housekeeper and maintenance defects to the Maintenance Manager . Attend daily briefings and stay updated on all departmental communications . Perform any other tasks as assigned by General Manager of International Hotel Division Requirements . Min NITEC, NTC Grade 3, a Professional Certificate or equivalent. . Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrometrical) or a related field will be advantageous . Prior technical experience of 3 years and more with 2 years in building and/ or hotel industry. . Matured, proactive and positive individual capable of multi-tasking . Guest-centric with a passion to serve . Outspoken personality with basic English communication skills . Ability to perform independently and as part of a team . Able to commit to rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends
