Job Description

Position title : Hotel Maintenance (Urgent Hiring!!)Location: BugisWorking days : 6 days ; 8 hours/daySalary : $2000 - $3000 (depend on experience)Responsibilities & Duties :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical.
• Ensure guest rooms are well-maintained, including fixing plumbing, electrical, and furniture issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential maintenance problems.
• Respond to emergency repair needs (e.g., burst pipes, electrical outages, power trip, water heater malfunction, promptly.
• Maintain the hotel's exterior, including landscaping, parking lots, and outdoor lighting.
• Ensure all safety and security systems, including fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency lights, are functioning.
• Work closely with housekeeping and management to address and resolve maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel or building maintenance .
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.
• Basic knowledge of safety and fire regulations.
