Responsible for the overall business and operations performance of the hotel.
Support and work with Department Manager in all aspects of operating the hotel.
Ensure the premises are maintained and in good condition to receive & delight our guests.
Conduct regular operations team meetings with all operations Heads of Department to discuss routine operational matters, guest feedback and employee needs.
Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and monitor for consistency.
Monitor the purchase requisitions and inventory control of each department to always ensure compliance.
Monitoring all preventive maintenance and cleaning programs.
Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
Work with HR on hiring, training, payroll and employee welfare to minimise turnover.
Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
Monitor and maintain operation & overhead costs to maximise revenue and profitability.
Involvement in the monthly and annual Budgeting process.
Involvement in audit processes and action plans.
Working with HQ and local marketing team on promotions and strategies for rooms and add on services.
