Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:1. Plan, Implement and Manage the overall hotel daily operations2. Conduct budgeting and financial planning3. Plan and organize hotel activities to drive customer loyalty & sales4. Manage and monitor hotel expenses5. Leand, Manage and track hotel inventory6. Build and maintain strong relationship with guests7. Suggest and implement new ideas for development8. Determine and monitor the KPI of each staff9. Prepare and manage schedule and shifts of all hotel staffJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:

Experience:
  • Hotel Management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Housekeeping service: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Hotel Manager role: 5 years (Preferred)
