Address guest queries, needs, and grievances promptly and professionally.
React to urgent situations and occurrences, such as fire alarms or medical incidents.
Create employee schedules and supervise staffing levels to meet guest requirements.
Generate daily reports concerning occupancy, revenue, and other financial indicators.
Manage guest grievances and resolve problems promptly and efficiently.
Ensure the hotel consistently upholds high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments.
Supervise day-to-day operations during your shift.
Offer continuous training and growth opportunities for the staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
