Responsibility :
Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Manage room reservations through phone, email, and booking platforms.
Verify booking details, room availability, and payment methods.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments or invoices.
Prepare daily cashiering and shift reports accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and service standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
