Handles guests\' inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
Performs other related tasks.
Requirements:
Must be able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
