Villa Attendant at Raffles Sentosa
, you'll be part of a warm and supportive team that ensures guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. This role is straightforward and easy to pick up, perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and being active at work.
Key Responsibilities:
Send food and drink orders to guest villas.
Clear trays, plates, and glasses after service.
Refill mini bars and restock villa items.
Keep service areas neat and tidy.
Assist with simple ad-hoc duties and update the WhatsApp group when needed.
Requirements:
No experience needed - training will be provided.
Friendly attitude and good teamwork.
Neat and well-groomed appearance (uniform provided, black formal trousers and fully black shoes required).
Able to follow hotel service standards and simple instructions.
Working Hours:
Shift options: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
5-6 days per week (rotating schedule)
Compensation & Benefits:
$13/hour
Meals provided during shift
Transport provided available for late shifts
Free shuttle bus service from HarbourFront every 15 minutes
