As the Reservation Agent, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. You will assist the team in the achievement of a smooth and efficient running of the call center Department.:\xc2\xb7 Serve guests from around the world as they embark on their travel journey.\xc2\xb7 Create an effortless experience and build raving brand fans by answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations\xc2\xb7 Handle incoming calls for a variety of company\xe2\x80\x99s brands and assist customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels including voice, email, and chat.\xc2\xb7 Responsibilities include processing reservation requests and support of basic loyalty and customer care requests.\xc2\xb7 identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules,requests, loyalty guidelines and case management.\xc2\xb7 Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and an open communication with company\xe2\x80\x99s properties, related company contacts, and third parties.\xc2\xb7 Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance are clean and professional.\xc2\xb7 maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.\xc2\xb7 Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.Job Requirement:\xc2\xb7 Possesses minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.\xc2\xb7 No prior experience is needed (Training will be provided)\xc2\xb7 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or call centre operations will be an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Good communication, telephone, interpersonal and customer relations/service skills.\xc2\xb7 A can-do attitude.\xc2\xb7 Must be fluent in professional English (Written and Spoken) and Korean (Spoken)\xc2\xb7 Excellent telephone & email etiquette\xc2\xb7 5 days rotating week, able to work on weekend and public holidays*Fresh graduates and entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
