Position Overview

As a Household Manager, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep, cleanliness, and day-to-day functioning of the residence. You will ensure household tasks are completed to a high standard, support household logistics, and coordinate with other domestic service providers when needed.





Key Responsibilities


------------------------

Home upkeep & cleaning: Maintain daily cleanliness and order across all living areas, including deep-cleaning when required. Laundry & wardrobe care: Wash, iron, and organize clothing and linens; maintain wardrobe and storage systems. Household logistics: Monitor supplies, manage grocery needs, and run errands as necessary. Basic meal preparation: Prepare simple meals and maintain a clean, tidy kitchen. (optional depending on candidate skill)*
Driver & movement coordination: Plan household transportation schedules and liaise with the family driver to support daily routines. Vendor & household coordination: Assist with service providers, manage home maintenance appointments, and handle ad-hoc household tasks.

Requirements


----------------

Proven experience in housekeeping or private household support. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and discretion; trustworthy and professional. Ability to manage household duties independently and multitask effectively. Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and home-support tasks. * Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking household members and vendors to support daily coordination.
