Job Description


Summary Responsible for providing consistent housekeeping service to guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas and circulatory areas that meets the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s standards of cleanliness and presentation.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for room turnover when guest check out (changing linens, cleaning bathroom, replenishing amenities, etc)
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness, conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guest requests are promptly attended to.
  • Handle guest feedback tactfully, and report incidents or any other irregularities to Supervisor in a timely maner.
  • Report unusual behaviour / activities in guestroom, floors / public areas to Supervisor.
  • Record room status in allocated section accurately
  • Perform other duties as directed by the management.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • No experience required, training will be provided.
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
