This role plays a key part in maintaining the Club's cleanliness and ambience, ensuring every corner feels welcoming and maintained for our members. From managing the towel counter and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility, to greeting members with a warm smile and a positive attitude, your dedication helps uphold the high standards that make our Club a preferred destination for members.

Key Responsibilities

Issue bath towels for member's use and updating of records. Towel rental posting into the management system. Ensure sufficient towels to be ready for supply. Ensure all stationery, amenities, and forms are in order and ready to use. Manage and control the flow of towel usage (the procedure will be brief). Control of application or withdrawer of locker rental. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the towel counter. Assist to inspect cleanliness standard level in changing room and report to immediate superior for further action. Assist to check and report all facilities defects in work station for rectification. Assist cleaning assistants to perform cleaning work when required. Perform any other duties as required to support the efficient running of Housekeeping operations.

Requirements

Able to speak and write simple English Basic computer knowledge - Excel, words Basic knowledge of customer service Must be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays Working Hours: 7am to 4 pm, 11am to 8pm, 3pm to 12 midnight 5-day work week (44 hours per week) At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role. Demonstrate a pleasant personality with a positive work attitude. Previous experience within the hotel or Club industry would be a plus. Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
