Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor in Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who can:

  • Work with the Assistant Housekeeping Manager to ensure you have a clear view of what is required to achieve results, and take action and responsibility to deliver it
  • Supervise and assign daily task to Room Attendants
  • Utilizing the relevant housekeeping assigned technology and tools, responsible for taking calls from hotel guests and/or other departments and ensuring that their requests are handled as soon as possible by dispatching job orders to the respective colleagues / department.
  • Maintains inventory and attendance records.
  • Responsible for liaising with Front Office in blocking rooms for defects and maintenance work.
  • Handle general housekeeping / facilities enquiries.
  • Maintain effective record and filling systems; completing all administrative reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Anticipate guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotels in order to recognize and respond to guests needs.
  • Carries the responsibilities of managing lost & found records.
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
  • Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
  • Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines.
  • Advocate of IHG way of clean and ensure team members are compliant in the standards
  • Inspection of guest rooms.
