Housekeeping Supervisor (Rooms)

Duties:

A hands-on person is required for this job Supervise the activities of room maids Assign apartments for room maids to clean, monitor and follow up on their work performance Check apartments before releasing for arrival of guests Attend to guests' feedback and request Conduct morning briefing to team of housekeeping staff

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a supervisory position from serviced apartment or hotels Minimum Secondary school, GCE ''N'' or "O" levels are welcome Hands-on person with cheerful personality, good communication skills and is PC literate Must be service-oriented and is able to work in a fast paced environment Able to work independently as well as within a team Able to work on rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays Entry level candidates from hospitality management may apply + Uniform and Duty meal are provided.
