Housekeeping Supervisor
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas and guestrooms/ suites, creating a positive impact on guest experience . He/she is responsible for all daily cleaning needs, observes high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, follows cleaning schedule, conducts guestroom inspection and public area. inspection.

What you will be doing:

• Supervises housekeeping attendants cleaning of guestrooms and public areas
• Ensures all cleaning standards are followed
• Handles guest concerns and responds to resolve all guests issues/ attends to guest needs
• Supports team with room making during high house
• Ensures supplies are sufficient for room making

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused with an eye for details
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
