Position SummarySupervises and coordinates activities of room attendant, house attendant, and public area cleaners. Assists in the managing and directing of the day-to-day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions.Duties and Responsibilities: Assigns team members their duties, and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with the Front Office and other departments of the hotel. Ensure all meeting room functions are properly set up according to the requests indicated on the meeting room/event function sheets. Ensures guest rooms are properly secured and that proper key control procedures are utilized by the housekeeping staff. Prepares store requisition, purchase other supplies and equipment, also monitor par stock on all housekeeping guest supplies and linens. Select, staff, recruit, hire, and train qualified housekeeping candidates. Control all expenditures relating to Housekeeping, including labor, guest room supplies, and all cleaning supplies and equipment. Oversee any guest communications from housekeeping.Educational Requirement:- Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any degree relevant to the position- With Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management is a plusCompetencies:- Positive attitude- Excellent communication skills- Ability to remain calm under pressure- With excellent eye for detailWork Experience Requirement:- With minimum of 2 years of work experience on the same capacity (as Housekeeping Team Leader)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php15,000.00 per monthBenefits:
