- Train housekeeper team member on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee team member on a daily basis
- Check rooms and common areas, including public and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Establish and educate team members on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Report issues of maintenance and malfunctioning appliances to the General Manager for quick repair in order to ensure guests comfort and satisfaction
- 8 hour shift
