Housekeeping Team Leader

The Housekeeping Team Leader is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. The Housekeeping Team Leader is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels by overseeing Room Attendants working on the floors conducting detailed inspections of their work.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources and allocate work assignments to team members
• Organize work activities for shift commencement and completion
• Supervise work performance to ensure cleaning and maintenance are carried out in accordance with organizational procedures and standards
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness level conforms to organizational standards
• Monitor turnover of rooms to ensure housekeeping efficiency
• Coordinate the maintenance of rooms, public areas and housekeeping equipment
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Resolve guests\' concerns and feedback
• Propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest experie
• Monitor team's compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements on hygiene, and workplace safety and health
• Execute response and recovery actions during emergency situations
