Purpose statement:

To assist and support in sorting, purifying, quantifying and QC sampling of custom oligo nucleotides based on customer orders.

Essential Functions:

• Performs lab cleaning and decontamination protocols.
• Perform purification of oligos
• Use of various custom software to complete task
• Use of various laboratory equipment to process purified oligos
• Quantifies and samples oligos for quality control tests
• Ensure final products meet yield and quality checks.
• Assist in creating training material
• Practice safe work practices and comply with company safety policy.
• Comply with company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Policy and adhere to ISO 9001 Standards & requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education:

• ITE certified /Diploma in science related field or an equivalent combination of education & experience required.

Professional Experience:

• Must be comfortable working with chemicals and follow proper safety and handling instructions.
• Must have ability to learn basic knowledge of HPLC and oligonucleotide manufacturing processes
