Job Description

Home-based (Remote) position.

HR Functions



Regularly post job advertisements for various positions based on operational needs Conduct online interviews and shortlisting of candidates Maintain an updated database of CVs for management reference when manpower is required Source suitable manpower as and when clients request deployment Implement and maintain HR procedures and policies Draft employment contracts and related HR documents Keep updated with Singapore Employment Act and HR compliance matters Monitor staff leave records and attendance Attend to staff HR enquiries professionally Ensure strict confidentiality of staff salary, benefits, and personal information Active monitoring and replying of HR-related emails

Accounts & Admin Support



Update basic bookkeeping entries (e.g. sales payments) into the training management system Follow up with clients on outstanding payments Work closely with company accountant on month-end account closing Support documentation and records required for audit or reporting
Requirements

Minimum

5 years of relevant HR experience

Strong understanding of

Singapore HR practices and Employment Act

Comfortable handling confidential information Able to work independently and responsibly in a remote environment Good written English communication Well-organised, proactive, and responsive
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

Work Location: Remote
