Job Description
Job Scope:
- Perform daily administrative duties and general office administration
- Keep employee attendance and leave records up to date
- Work pass management: application, renewal, cancellation
- Filling of HR documents
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing
- Flight ticket and hotel booking for business travels
- Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
- Any other HR & GA functions as needed
- Diploma in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 2 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably within a MNC environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and willing to learn
- Client focus and proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Team orientation
- Detail-oriented
- Salary - Up to S$4K
- Contract duration: 12-month contract
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Pasir Panjang
