Perform daily administrative duties and general office administration
Keep employee attendance and leave records up to date
Work pass management: application, renewal, cancellation
Filling of HR documents
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing
Flight ticket and hotel booking for business travels
Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
Any other HR & GA functions as needed
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources or related majors
At least 2 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably within a MNC environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Initiative and willing to learn
Client focus and proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Team orientation
Detail-oriented
Additional Information:
Salary - Up to S$4K
Contract duration: 12-month contract
Commencement Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
