Position Title: HR & Admin Assistant / Admin cum HR Coordinator
Working Location: Tuas (5 - 7 min walking distance from Tuas Crescent MRT station)
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database, p-files and other HR-related information
Assist with the necessary for a smooth onboarding for new hires including preparing workstation, stationery, uniforms and PPE if applicable, etc
Provide administrative support for work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations
Assist with job postings on various job portals
Coordinate training and administer training for employees
Ensure drivers\xe2\x80\x99 trip claims are correct

GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
