  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job posting and communicating with candidates
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to inquiries via business WhatsApp, and handling correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the COO in handling or coordinating with freelancers
  • Support the operation department with administrative tasks as needed
