Our client is in the logistics and transport industry.Job SummaryMonday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pmWork location: Tuas (walking distance from MRT)Job Responsibilities:Support the HR & Admin Manager in a variety of personnel-related administrative duties and providing HR services to the business.Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database, p-files and other HR-related informationTake on the role of training coordinator and administer training for employees, such as following up on course approval, registration and maintain up-to-date training recordsProvide administrative support for work pass applications and renewalsPlan, coordinate and organise meetings, company events and conferencesAssist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by ManagerRequirements:GCE 'O' Level/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Human Resource or equivalentMinimum 1 year of HR-related experience Skills and knowledge requiredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointKnowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantageAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesHave good interpersonal and communication skillsApplicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
