Job Description

ensure timecards are keyed in on time with accuracy and no error check and verify workers MC including MIA and record and keep track accurately apply levy waiver for home leave, hospitalisation etc generate payroll timesheets and payslips experience in Info-tech system is a must workers counselling including issuance of warning letters, termination etc. liaise with site coordinators, supervisors etc for any issues related to workers able to handle multiple projects generate payslips using Info-tech system * other HR & Administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager
