Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Assist with Pfiles
  • Contract and pass renewal
  • Data entry and filing of documents in personnel file
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews; ensure candidates submit job application form and necessary documents before interviews
  • Support staff activities and engagement
  • Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Min. N/O Levels
  • Good organisational skills
  • Fast learner and knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Min. 6 months commitment
  • Able to start on immediate or short notice
