The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: East, Tampines
  • Up to $4,000 + AWS
Adecco is proud to partner with a innovation company who specialize in addressing challenges in national security and health.As a HR Admin, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to the Department in full spectrum of HR functions. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Director, you will join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.The Job:
  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, and coordination for interviews, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct interviews for junior-level positions, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of working visa applications, including work pass applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare local letters with a focus on high data accuracy, including employment certification letters and other related documents.
  • Serve as a key coordinator throughout the end-to-end hiring process, playing a proactive role in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
The Talent:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven solid HR Generalist experience.
  • Able to work independently and has a good eye for details.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in both English & Chinese (to liaise with Chinese stakeholders).
