Benefits Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000 (depends on experience)
  • Annual Wage Supplement
  • Variable Bonus (average 1-2 months)
  • Start with 14 days Annual Leave
  • Working timing: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Responsibilities:
  • In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment and administration.
  • Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities.
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of Employment passes
  • General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter and etc.
  • Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submission.
  • Ensure insurance coverage for new joiners.
  • Other government related matters. - IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government and training grant, NS claims, maternity claim etc.
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of HR and admin experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.
