To support administrative functions for HR, Finance and Shipping dept
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
Assist in the preparation of payroll, including data entry and reconciliations
Provide administrative support to the Finance department, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Manage office supplies, inventory and ensure a tidy and organized office environment
Answer and direct phone calls, emails and general queries from internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in HR, admin or finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with accounting software such as Xero or Quickbooks is a plus.
